Emma most recently comes from Candela Technology AB, where she was part of the company’s explosive growth journey – from 40 to over 250 employees globally. During her time there, she gained deep insight into the challenges of fast-growing companies, from talent acquisition and global workforce management to the need for agile work methods in an investment-driven environment.

In her new role at Recommended by, Emma looks forward to contributing to the company’s development through her passion for innovative work approaches and employer branding.

“This shift will place greater demands on leaders and companies to adapt. Additionally, we are seeing a growing skills shortage despite high unemployment rates. Companies must therefore work strategically on their employer brand and clearly define the value they offer their employees.”
