With a strong background in recruitment, People strategy, and organizational development, she has worked with fast-growing startups, fintech companies, and scale-ups, focusing on leadership, talent management, and employee engagement. Now, she looks forward to bringing her expertise to Recommended by and contributing to both our growth and that of our clients.
Over the past years, she has worked with a variety of companies and challenges – from setting up recruitment processes and HR strategies to managing layoffs and change management. As People and Organizational Developer at Keen, she took on an even broader role, overseeing internal structures, HR systems, sales and business development. It was a valuable experience where she gained a comprehensive view of what it takes to build a successful company.
