We are thrilled to announce that Ebba and Jacob have joined our already strong Agile Consultant Service team. They will continue to strengthen our team of client- and business focused People & Culture consultants.
Jacob has a long international experience within HR, digitalization and agile transformational projects. With an academic background within Business Administration Jacob has worked many years as HR specialist and HR product owner within the mobility industry. With deep experience of driving strategic initiatives, employee experience and digitalization projects, Jacobs adds further change management competence to the team and will be a great strategic advisor to our clients on their growth journey.

Ebba comes from the communication industry with long experience from both leadership and business direction. She has specialized in project management and team management and has experience in organizational changes – both practical and theoretical. Ebba has worked with value driven communication, Employer Branding, company values as well as bringing company culture to live. She has studied both marketing and business driven HR.
