With the high growth, and no HR in place, they needed our help to look over their company culture and HR processes to contain a high level of engagement throughout the employee lifecycle.

What

We helped FTG define & integrate their culture by involving all employees in a series of workshops and iterations. We also helped them integrate their guiding principles into their everyday ways of working on all levels in the organisation – from the management teams, to project teams.

Because of their high growth there was a need for a new and engaging onboarding process to get their new colleagues up to speed and engaged from start.

We also helped them with employer law, and created a code of conduct to ensure they had all policies in place needed for their company size.

Besides from this, we provided operative HR by supporting managers and employees in tougher employee situations.
