Tink provides a digital banking experience and increase operational efficiency with high-quality financial data. They wanted to increase the their knowledge to be able become a more diverse & inclusive employeer. 


We did a half-day workshop for 70 managers on the area Diversity & Inclusion. The purpose was to build awareness around unconscious bias to every manager at Tink. To be able to up-skill managers with the longterm result of recruiting more diverse candidates, we had the focus on unconscious bias – what it is, how it works and how they affect us.

We provided tools to be able to adjust behaviours within the recruitment process, and did practical trainings during the workshop.
